How to find us

From Exeter
If you are coming towards us from Exeter direction please use the A30 and exit at the sign for Feniton. As you reach a T junction turn left and stay on the Ottery Road until you come to a curve in the road, you then need to go straight over into Green lane. Go along Green lane over the railway bridge and take the next turning on your left into Wells Avenue. Travel around the next corner and we are the fourth bungalow along with blue vertical blinds in the window and a sign on the wall. If you get to Bath Close you have gone too far, please turn around here and park on the opposite side of the road.

Large Vehicles

If you are coming towards us from Exeter direction please use the A30 and exit at the sign for Feniton. Follow the road into Feniton and go over the level crossing and turn first right into Station Road, go past the Spar Shop which is on your right, then take the first right into York Crescent. Go a few yards along and turn first left, your will see the road fork, take the left fork as a continuation of the road which is Wells Avenue. You will need to go along Wells Avenue until you come to No. 43 which is a bungalow with blue blinds in the window.

From Tiverton
If you coming towards us from the Tiverton direction please use the Cullompton to Honiton road and turn right just after Colliton which is signposted for Payhembury and Feniton. Stay on this road through Luton, Payhembury, and Colestocks. You will then arrive at Feniton; carry on over the level crossing, which becomes Ottery road (see map 2). Stay on the Ottery road until you come to Green lane, on your left. Go along Green lane over the railway bridge and take the next turning on your left into Wells Avenue. Travel around the next corner and we are the fourth bungalow along with blue vertical blinds in the window and a sign on the wall. If you get to Bath Close you have gone too far, please turn around here and park on the opposite side of the road.

From Ottery
Take the silver street road past library and church continue on, round left hand bend down hill and left to otter nurseries. Continue until you come to old a30 t-junction. Take right turn to patteson cross where you will see feniton sign post on the left. Continue on this road until you come to a bend in the road and green lane on right of bend. Go along this road over bridge and first left into wells avenue. Follow road round bend to no. 43. Bungalow with blue blinds in window. Please park across the road.
